Robert S CreechRobert S. Creech, III, Chief Executive Office
Rob is originally from Savannah, educated in the Catholic School System, graduated from Benedictine Military School (1985) and Armstrong State College (1990). Upon the completion of undergraduate studies, he was commissioned an Ensign in the United States Navy and assigned to Surface Warfare Officer's School Command in Coronado, California. He has held various afloat engineering division officer and department head roles both on active duty and in the reserves. He currently serves as Executive Officer of USS Klakring (FFG 42) Detachment A. As a civilian he has held various positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in 1999 when he served as Director, Southeast Region for England Logistics. In this capacity he was accountable to the owners of the company for a $20MM region. In June of 1999, he started ForeverOn of Georgia, a generator sales, installation and service company which has grown at an average rate of 100% per annum. In September 2003, he started Southeastern Industrial & Marine Services, Inc. which is posting net profits of 38% in its first year of operations.

James D StriblingJames D. Stribling, President
Jim, a middle Georgia native, has called Savannah home since 1989 when he returned here from Gulfport, Mississippi. Jim is a retired Coast Guard Officer with more than 24 years active duty service. He enlisted in 1958 and worked his way through the enlisted ranks to become a "Mustang". He is the former Senior Vice President and COO of Intermarine. There he was directly accountable for all production and budgetary related issues for the navy's minehunter (MHC) program. He has also worked for Lockheed Shipbuilding as Superintendent of Outfitting for the US Navy Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) Program. He has extensive experience in the commercial, military and yacht construction and repair businesses.

John G BennettJohn G. Bennett, SVP/Repair
Garland, a native of Bryan County, Georgia has 35 years experience in the commercial, military and yacht construction and repair disciplines. A boilermaker and ship fitter by trade, he has had progressively responsible roles up to and including Vice President of Repair for Intermarine. He has been involved in every major ship construction project that has occurred in the last 35 years at the Global Ship Systems Facility in Savannah.

Linford C BrownLinford C. Brown, VP/Operations
Lindy, a native of Wisconsin, has more than 30 years experience in the commercial, military and yacht construction and repair disciplines. A retired Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy with over 20 years active duty, he too is a "Mustang", rising from the rank of Seaman to Lieutenant Commander. A qualified US Navy docking officer, he has docked over 70 US Navy surface and subsurface vessels, as well as, over 200 mega yachts at the Global Ship Systems Facility in Savannah. He has developed scope of work and work schedules for over 65 major mega yacht refits, ranging in revenue from $500K to $2.5MM.

Mark T HornsbyMark T. Hornsby, Chief Development Officer
Currently Mr. Hornsby serves as Managing Director of Paradigm Aerospace, LLC which provides strategic consulting and financing services to aerospace and defense concerns. Through Paradigm, Mr. Hornsby is under contract to provide a range of financing and corporate development services to Global Ship Systems. He also serves as a Managing Director for The RiverHawk Group LLC, a middle market merchant banking firm that he co-founded in 1996. Mr. Hornsby's experience includes having served as the Director of Special Projects for River Capital, one of the oldest private equity firms in the Southeast. Mr. Hornsby also spent six years in the Corporate Finance and Restructuring/ Reorganization Groups at Ernst & Young LLP. To date, Mr. Hornsby has managed or significantly participated in over sixty M&A and financing transactions as well as numerous strategic planning projects. Mr. Hornsby has a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) from the University of Georgia and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
